What is shipping protection? Shipping protection is an optional service that provides coverage for your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit. With shipping protection, you can shop with confidence knowing that your purchase is safeguarded against unforeseen circumstances,
How does it work? When you opt for shipping protection and checkout, a small fee is added to your order total. This fee ensures that your package is covered from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your doorstep.

How to file a claim: If something goes wrong with your order, filing a claim is quick and easy. Simply contact Customer Service within the specified timeframe (See Below), provide any necessary documentation, and we’ll guide you through the process.
- If order shows delivered but you do not have it, please reach out to us after 8pm local time the following business day. (Example, if order shows delivered at 3:00pm Monday, then you may reach out to file a claim any time after 8pm Tuesday).
- If order appears lost/stuck in transit but is still within the guaranteed shipping time frame, please allow for the guaranteed timeframe to expire before filing a claim.
- If order appears to be lost/stuck in transit and the original time frame has expired, please contact us to file a claim.
Is shipping protection worth it? While we take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely, unexpected incidents can still occur during transit. Shipping protection offers an added layer of security and peace of mind for a small additional cost. Ultimately, the decision to purchase shipping protection is up to you, but many of our customers find it to be a valuable investment.
