How do I get my product replaced?

We would be happy to set up a warranty claim for your MyPillow product. There are a few different ways to set up a warranty claim for a replacement.

 

If the product is damaged or defective, you can:

1. Email Us

  • Please click HERE to send us a picture of the damaged or defective product.
    • You will need to include: your name, address, phone number and where you purchased the product.
  • We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours.

2. Call Us

  • Our Customer Service Department is available 5:00 am - 12:00 am CST at 800-308-1299.
